Queen Repairs – Return Policy

 

Return Window for Faulty Items:
Customers must report any faulty or mis‑described product or service within 10 working days of delivery.

 

Change-of-Mind Returns or Exchanges:
Change-of-mind returns or exchanges are not accepted.

 

Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, the product or service must be:

  • Faulty or not as described

  • Returned in its original packaging (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

 

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the product or service is faulty or mis‑described, Queen Repairs will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Returns for non-faulty items are not accepted, so shipping costs are not applicable.

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds for eligible faulty products or services will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt and inspection.

  • Exchanges are only available for faulty products/services, under the same conditions.

 

Non‑Returnable Items:

  • All products or services that are not faulty or mis‑described are non-returnable

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or neglect are not accepted

This return policy applies to customers in Australia only.
