Thank you for shopping with Queen Repairs! We strive to provide the best service and products. Please review our return policy.

1. Change of Mind

Queen Repairs does not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This policy applies to all products, chip-level repairs, soldering services, and modifications. Items returned simply because a customer changes their mind will not be accepted.

Note: This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) if the product or service is faulty, unsafe, or not as described.

2. Faulty Products or Services (ACL Rights)

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), consumers are entitled to remedies if goods or services are faulty, unsafe, or not as described. Chip-level repairs or soldering services that fail due to workmanship are considered faulty services.

Remedies for faulty products or services may include:

  • Repair – We will fix the issue at no cost.

  • Replacement – We will replace the item or service where repair is not possible.

  • Refund – If repair or replacement is not reasonable, you are entitled to a refund.

ACL rights cannot be waived by this policy.

 

3. Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all claims related to faulty products or services.

 

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for non-faulty items.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

  • If a product or service is faulty, Queen Repairs will cover return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure items are safely returned.

 

5. Manufacturer’s Warranty

Manufacturer warranties may apply to certain products. Your ACL rights exist in addition to any manufacturer warranty and cannot be limited by this policy.

 

6. How to Make a Claim

To make a claim, contact us at queenrepairs@gmail.com with your proof of purchase. Include a clear description of the fault or issue, including photos if applicable. Our team will assess the claim and arrange repair, replacement, or refund as required under ACL.

 

7. Exclusions

We cannot accept returns or provide remedies for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or neglect.

  • Products with liquid damage (unless caused by our service).

  • Items missing parts or accessories (unless these were missing at delivery).
